Not getting full Upload file path in Firefox and Opera

 



Hey Goodday

 I would like to know if someone can help me PLEASE!!

What
the problem is ...after I have search for the image file that I want to
Upload, and then clicked the upload button (this will create a thumbnail
from the uploaded image).
 
......in firefox and Opera it cannot find the File path....but it works perfectly in Internet Explorer
The error I get in Firefox and Opera is       System.IO.FileNotFoundException: DSCF0038.JPG  
this
means its not getting the full path of the File from the local Hard
drive..so how can i change my code so that it works in all 3 browsers? any Ideas please?
