Hi,
I am designing a website which has a 'Products' page. I have number of products, and each needs to be displayed in this page.
I have two choices:
a) Design a webform (.aspx) page for each product
b) Have the content of each product in some text/XML file, based on user request, parse the file and display it in contentholder of Products.aspx
Currently, I am following option (b).
Please note that I do not have any DB from which I pull values for products. Its all static content and no DB is used / envisaged.
I would be helpful if anyone could point out advantages / disadvantages of using approach a) / b), especially from SEO and maintenance perspective.
