The application is simple in nature. It should act as a project update mailing list. At the back end we have information of people who are a part of that mailing list. We'd have their project role, email address, etc per project. Its the same list of people but their roles might be different for different projects. At the most abstract level, a project has certain number of members under them. The requirement is that whatever is communicated by any member of a project should be communicated to the rest of the members in that project.
There may be 2 modes by which we communicate:
via the web application:via ms outlook/exchange server
It is easy to send the mail to all members of a project via web application.
If it is via ms outlook how to do so???
