Redirect from App_code folder's handlers page in to .aspx page....

Hi All,
 I would like to redirect from handler's page to .aspx page... I used
context.Response.Redirect( "~/user_download.aspx"); context.Response.Redirect( "/user_download.aspx"); Httpcontext.current.context.Response.Redirect( "~/user_download.aspx"); Httpcontext.current.context.Response.Redirect( "/user_download.aspx"); I even tried Server.Transfer in place of Response.Redirect.....

But I am not able to redirect....
So Please help me to slove this as I am wasting my time for past 4days.......
