Email sitting at C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Queue

 Hi,

I am trying to send out email in .net application in a development box. It is XP Pro version 2002, with sp3, iis 5.1 and .net framework 2.0

The mails are unable to send out, they sit the C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Queue folder. I believe my code is correct. The SMTP server is configured as Relay access Only List the below 127.0.0.1. and authentication is set to anonymous access. any suggestions?
