I have been working on this project for over a month now and have finalyy worked out all the bugs, or so I thought!
We are writing a shopping cart from scratch to accomendate all of our strange inventory needs.
We have a this ASP.net 2.0/3.5 application using ASP.NET Membership, Users and Roles on Godaddy servers with MySQL as the Database. I have jumped all kind of hurtles to get this to work and have been able to get past several turst level issuses before but now I am stumpted!!! I have all my other functions working in relation to Roles and Users. Users can edit their info (stored in a custom table) and can log in and log out, and even change thier own password! But the problem I have is now I can't create a new user!!! What's the freakin point if we can't register new customers!
This procedure works fine on our inhouse servers but on Godaddy we get "System.Security.SecurityException: Request failed.", when ...
