Syntax Error, but VS2008 won't show me where

I am trying to use VS2008 and the Ajax toolkit autocomplete extender on a web page.  I have written the code behind for the web service, and the project builds without error.  But when I load the page that contains the autocomplete, I get a message box with "Syntax error, would you like to debug?"  If I click yes, it just loads the page and doesn't take me to the file with the error.  Here is my web service class:
