Not able to get readonly field from pdf form

 Hi,
   I have generated a pdf file using acrobat 9 pro. the pdf file consits of 2 hidden text fields which are in read only format. I am able to populate the values to hidden field when i open the pdf.
There is a submit button in the pdf form when clicked on that it takes to a aspx page. In the aspx page i fetch all the values which were in the pdf form using Request.Form.
Here starts my problem. I am not able to read the two hidden fields in Request.Form. If i remove the read only option it displays in the Request.Form values. I wanted it to keep as read only.
       Is there a way to get the readonly text field in the aspx page.
