Load Image From SQL on Image server control[Not on whole page]

There are lot of codes for loading image from SQL, but all of them ending with following code,
1- System.Drawing.Image  imgFromSQL =   GetPicuture(......); //assume that , this will restore image from sql to an image  variable.

2- imgFromSQL.Save(Response.OutputStream, ImageFormat.Jpeg);

but if I want to load this image on  sever image control (like in windows application ), what's the solution?
should I have to first ,  save on a temporary folder, then load by setting ImageUrl property  or there is any better solution?
