Hi people, i'm pretty new with visual basic so i need some help or advice on this. Currently doing a simple website project;
CatMenu>CatGridView>ItemGridView>Back to CatGridView again
The situation is like this: User clicks catMenu (assigns CatID) then directed to the Category list (display by using gridview), from there user clicks one of the item on the gridview list (assigns itemID) which is then directed to item details page (again display by using gridview). Now my question is how do i allow the user to direct back to the Category list (gridview) previously loaded ? I've tried adding a button and changing the post back url to category list wont work because this way the catID previously selected would be lost. Also i dont want to use the browser's back button because its inprofessional for my project, any advice or help is greatly appreciated, thanks =)
