Problem occuring redirect the page

hi,

I have defalut page(contain master page), when i redirect to another page through location.href="anotherpage.aspx ";  (OR) Respose.Redirect("anotherpage.aspx").

 

following problems is happened? 

If use location.href="anotherpage.aspx,  In javascript error popup is given :-

problems with this webpage might prevent it from being dispalyed property or functioning properly.

If use Respose.Redirect("anotherpage.aspx").

page is loading.... not comes another page
