code for online cash trasfer

hi friends

                 i have got a small module to do,and i m new to c# and asp.net.........here are the details

..it is            ONLINE FUND TRANSFER

the screen has three textboxes where we have to enter the     (TOACCOUNTNO,NAME,AMOUNT ) and then we have to submit.....................following are the requirements

1)  check whether the name and accountnu given are existing in our bank(database).

2)  check whether the FROMACCOUNT have the required balance to send it.........

3)  if he(FROMACCOUNT) has the ammount ,he will send and all the updations must b done to the database................

 

Please please can any one give me the total code...............i have to submit it by 12 today,mainly i want  the datab ...
