A set of credentials are setup to access my Service subfolder. However, these service credentials may not be used to login to the web site via browser. Please advise...
Since all web service code is the Service subfolder, under root, a corresponding web.config file in this subfolder gives access for the service credentials, i.e.:
<allow users="ServiceRequester" />
<deny users="*" />
<deny users="?"/>
In the web site root, a corresponding web.config file exists. Here's its authorization setup:
