Cross site forgery

Hi,

I am working on web applicaiton which uses VS 2003 and SQL server 2000. I want to implement cross site forgery. My requirement is :  Cross site request forgery (implement functionality for continuous authentication e.g. SiteMinder)

I already implemented techniques to  prevent sql injection. Does those techniques would be enough or still i have to implement some new things.

Please help me in this issue.
