CROSS DOMAIN CLIENT PROFILE SERVICE

Hi,
ASP.NET 3.5 provides a pre-build Profile Service.

The ProfileService exposes ASP.NET's Profile feature per-client data
It seems to work fine.
This is the code I am using:
function pageLoad(sender, args)
{
    Sys.Services.ProfileService.load(null, OnSuccess, OnError);
}
As we know, modern browsers restrict XMLHttpRequestcalls to the same-server. Calling multiple servers in different domains is not supported.
Therefore, I have to create another Service on the application layer that will act as a cross-domain proxy.
I would like to add this service between the client ProfileService and the app layer on the server.

I assume the pre-built ProfileService sits on the UI (ASPNET). However, I need something like this:
ASPNET ProfileService on the client UI ---------> Web Service on the APP Layer ---------> world
