I am reading and re-reading

It tells:
"Internet Explorer is the only browser that supports Windows Integrated authentication"

The hidden sense of this hint of this kowledge and/or its context is excaping from me:
I do not know any browser that does not permit Windows Integrated authentication.

Can anybody translate me what this phrase is communicating to readers?
