Hi all, here's our situation:
We recently deployed an application (that had been rigorously tested )to our production server and released it to the world. Our exception handling routine will send us error emails, and we receive quite a bit of the following error:
"System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800703E3): The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request"
Now heres the catch (pun intended...). We have in our global asax file an Application Error routine to log all unhandled exceptions. This is where the error described above is being captured. So, perhaps its possible that this error is nothing major, but getting trapped since its essentially getting logged in a global error routine, but does anyone have any insight ...
Go to the complete details ...
