I am devloping one product which have some windows services to interacte with external devices. In my web page i need to display all serices and i can start/stop services thorugh the page.
Now i finished this scenario. I added aspnet to administrator accoung but i cant start the servic beacause of access denied. or other privilege issue. Now i finished by giving permission to aspnet account by using subinacl tool.
I need to deploy this product in different client places. So please suggest a good security deisgn for this. Now i need to use subin acl in all client places and want to give permisssion to each service
What is the best method? I am thinking dont want any security hole by giving full persion to aspnet or anonymous or impersantion etc.
So please give an idea about this? i am not well in architecture
