I have developed a website where I sync all the users and password from a different database into mine.
My problem is after syncing everything works well but when the number of change password is increased I write a loop to change all the passwords but the services(.svc) times out..
my code goes like this
foreach (DataRow dr in dataTable.Rows)
{
string user = dr[0].ToString();
string pass = dr[2].ToString();
MembershipUser membersShipUser = Membership.GetUser(dr[0].ToString());
bool bl = membersShipUser.ChangePassword(membersShipUser.ResetPassword(), dr[2].ToString());
Membership.UpdateUser(membersShipUser);
i++;
}
This in turn throws an timout error ..
I want to know how to sync ...
