html in sql table

Hi, I have a table which holds a series of faqs, I would like text within the faqs to act as a link to another document or page.

When I try to put html links directly into the table it outputs the text as text not as link.

Example: output = you can find answer <a href"#">here</a>

I want: output = you can find answer here
