Hello,I have got few fields in my webpage which enters the value in the database when we click submit, for some reason it is entering all the values expect one "issue date" Can somebody plzz check the code and tell me where am I going wrong, I have been strugggling through this since a long time but unable to understand what the error is plzzz help I have attached the form code and html code for this
