How can i refresh a page after a bindgrid ?

Hi ,
 
what i want to do is after i bind data to a grid i want to refresh the whole page , so for example if i was on lets say Page1.aspx and i do a bindgrid( ie bind data to a grid) on a button clcick event , after i have finished that then i want to refresh the whole page.
 
eg:
  Button1_click
{
...
Binddata();
???? How do i dod a page refresh ???
}
