url rewriting

hi,
i m trying to implment url rewriting concept in my application . here is the my web.config content.
<rewrite url="~/(.+)-(.+)" to="~/DynamicPage.aspx?MyTitleId=$2"/>
 here if i m move over to any image it shows something xyz.com/page-information-records-233
 and here base on that 233 number i m implementing one more dyanmice page which will read that number and show the records from database with id.
  now my question is i dont want to add that number in my link it should be xyz.com/page-information-records thats it
  but how here how i can identify that and how i can desing a page
