Could someone please help with an anoying css styling issue.   I have been using CSS positioning to layout fieldsets etc in my
asp.net web sites. The problem that I'm having is that when I design a page/run the page using Visual Studio 2010, everthing looks
great.   But after I publish the site and load it onto a web server running IIS, the styling looks horrible.  Note:  I can reproduce this
problem by running the web site in the IDE and then (using IE 9 Developer Tools) set the Brower Mode to "Internet Explorer Compatibility
View".  Would anyone have any idea what is causing this or how to fix it?

Thanks  Dave.
