AzMan and Web User Interface

Hi,

 We are planning to use AzMan to do access control for multiple web applications. But instead of using the AzMan MMC user interface for authorization configuration we want to have web user interface. We want to develop this user interface using ASP.NET 2.0.

I would like to know if this is possible to do the same using the available AzMan APIs? Is this a good idea to develop Web interface or it would better to develop the authorization module from scratch without using the AzMan?
