how to align a chart next to the panel with a particular margin

hi all,

   i am developing a web application using ASP.NET (visual studio 2008). I am using a panel. Inside that panel i have got some dropdown list. Now i have to insert a chart next to panel. I am writing that chart part of the code outside the panel. But it is not aligning next to the panel, instead it is aligning bottom to that panel. Can anybody tel me how can i align the chart next to the panel.
