Force Control only to render Child Html

 Hi all,
Following problem:
I have a User control that consist of a Sorter, DataList, Pager. These controls are connected wih an asp:Table. Unfortunately i have to place a asp:TableRow betreen the Sorter and the dataList. The dataList itself renders tr and td itself.

    <esc:SortableTableHeaderRow ID="sorterRow" runat="server" OnSorterCommand="SorterRow_Command" CssClass="Header" />
    <esc:CustomTableRow> <--- should not render html
        <asp:TableCell> <-- should not render html
