I have an ajax enabled web site. In client side javascript I am calling a page method (code behind method marked as WebMethod).
From client side script, I am trying to send an dictionary object of type "Dictionary<string, object>". In the page method, I am getting the values. But those dictionary objects which have a key value starting from "$", e.g. "$ Price", are missing.
I checked in the client side code, the values are present in the object. But after sending the object to page method, I am not getting these values.
Is the ToJsonString methods which are called internally by AJAX are not able to serialize the special characters.
Or is there any other reason behiond this?
Please Help! Its Urgent.
