Date Format Problem

Hi all ,
i have to Format the Date like 13 Jan 2009.
Iam reterving the Date from Database (sql server) which is in format of  2009-01-13 00:00:00.000
Here is the my code
 
string ADate = string.Empty; if(Session["htUserDates"] != null) { Hashtable Ht = new Hashtable(); Ht = (Hashtable)Session["htUserDates"]; ADate = Ht[lblAuditID.Text].ToString(); } DateTime date = DateTime.Parse(ADate.ToString("MM/dd/yyyy")) lblDate.Text = date.ToString();
 
 Iam getting the error that Iformat Provider in the format
