How to access content page from content page

Hi i have one master page , one student registration form and one footer web control. In master page, adding Student Registration form and footer.
In footer web control, have Add, Delete and Update buttons. I want to access Student Registration form Add/Update/Delete functions by call the footer Add / Update/ Delete buttons.
I have read some stuff e.g Master page to content page but could not find any thing for how to do from web user control to content page.
Please guid me.
