Ok, so i have a stupid question.
When I code I am always aware of creating thread-safe code in my applications. Basically if multiple threads were running, it wouldn't change the outcome of the program.
I never really paid attention to the specifics of threading. Can multiple threads occur besides specifically creating them in the code.
The program is hosted on a server that allows multiple people to run it on the server. If two people are running it, will that cound as two threads?
If there was a static variable that contained the number of instances being made, would it show 1 instance for each user, or two instances?
Or maybe the program wasn't even hosted on the server, and is opened twice on the same computer.
See where my confusion is?
