how to declare fileupload?

i have gridview with notes and image.
column notes with text box while image column with file  upload function

i have declare text box in the column notes:
TextBox txtNotes = (TextBox)GridView1.Rows[id].FindControl("txtNotes");
string Notes = txtNotes.Text;

but how to declare file upload?
