The changes that I make in my aspx page " default.aspx " does not execute , but the changes made in my code file " default.cs " are reflected when I build the web site and hit Ctrl+f5 .
Even the basic <title> tag doesn work in aspx page, but if I use Response.Write("<title>Hi</title>") in c sharp file, that works.
What could be happening.
