Export SQL to .CSV (and still keep of double quotes, commas from the original text?)

Hello all,
What should I do to export the data from a SQL database to .csv file (around 10,000 records) and still keep all the double quotes, commas, tags, etc... from the original data? Since I will be import these data to another table and I would like to keep everything in tact.
