Acessing Dynamically added HTML Element on server side.

I am developing web application using Dot Net framework 2.0
On client side i am creating HTML elements(DIV,TextBox) at runtime using Javascript.
But i am not able to access them on server side(C#).
How to access dyanamically added HTML elements(using Javascript) on server side?
In some other java Script function i can access these dynamically added elements by document.getElementById();
That means the element has been added and rendered on the Page but on Postback I tried to access them using " Request.Form "
But It returns null. :(

  Can anybody tell me how to add the Html elements such as DIV textboxes dynamically and on How to access  them On ServerSide on Postback?
