I have a news website and i want the visitors posts their comment.
name,email,subject and comment
and i will put a report abuse link to every comment
if 20 different visitors report a specific comment as abuse it'll be automatically deleted
note : when a specific visitor click on the abuse link , the link should be disabled for him.
How do I create that in c#
