We had a few web services running on a 2003 server, IIS 6.
Just upgraded over the past few weeks to .NET 4.0 if that makes any difference.
Error when trying to access an .asmx file via partial-page post-back:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
