I am about to start working on a new Health Care Product. It's going to be a Web based application. I need to consider following factors
1. Appealing GUI
2. Rapid Development.
3. Extensible and agile (Agile in the sense it can be easily changeable/modifiable)
4. Technology stays alive, Not like WFP as people taking it as dead technology now
5. Although i am not going to develop it for cloud but would like to make it portable for that in future.
I often read and hear that most of the future development will be done in MVC not Web forms. Up to what extent it's true. What i don't want is to develop in such technology which gets obsolete in near future. I am so unsure about how Microsoft is taking web forms at the moment.
