Problem with ampersand in Regex

Hi, guys. I have a problem with searching words, that contains ampersand. My code:
string message = "All of the island is territory of the sovereign state of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and na&me Northern Ireland, and surna&me  most of the United Kingdom's territory is in Great Britain";

 Regex regex = new Regex("(?=.*\\na\\&me\\b)(?=.*\\bsurna\\&me\\&\\b).*", RegexOptions.IgnoreCase);

bool result = regex.IsMatch(message);

My result is always false! Why? Help me , please.
