Can't capture the new value from input txt box field that was previousely filled.

Hi,

I have a regular form which is populated with some default values.

For example: (in asp.net c#)

InputTxtField1  is populated with a default value "5"  and InputTxtField2  is left blank with no populated value.

Then I manually entered  "6" for InputTxtField1  and InputTxtField2

I was able to capture the correct value InputTxtField2 which is "6".  For InputTxtField1 still get "5" the original value.

Any idea why InputTxtField1 doesn't show the entered value...?
