I am not sure if this is the best approach and/or the most secured but this is what I have an idea on how to do this. I am developing an online credit app that does 4 things.
1. allows the user to view the contract after he enters in all the information through textboxes(this is done through several active indexes in a mutliview control with buttons(previous, next, submit))
2. after reviewing this he can print it out for his records or edit if need to be. If he is satisfied he will submitted it to the manager.(this can be a custom html page with images) nothing too fancy
3. it gets sent through email to the manager in an HTML code with all the correct data that the specific user entered in th textboxes(user data gets stored in sessions)
4. after completed, all data is cleared and removed from session variables
