How to do Calculations in textbox professionally?

I am having  2 textbox fields named date of birth and age.
I have coded in C# in the textchanged event of Date of Birth text field to calculation age and display it in the age text field. For this i have given autopostback true to Date of birth field.
I want to calculate age without autopostback, is it possible? If yes plz guide me.....
