I was wondering if anyone could help, I am currently working on a content management system. I was hoping to have an AJAX accordian down the left side of the screen and then each accordian pane would be a control category or tag, ie. Text, Images, Links etc. and within these would be Panels, Labels or Buttons etc (whatever will make this work) and these will be 'controls', such as 'Left-Aligned-Header', 'Right-Aligned-Header' etc.
So far I have got this, no I need to add drag and drop functionality so that, the user can drag a 'control' to the container (probably just a Panel).
I don't actually need it to move the item, all I need is to know that they want to add control 'x'
I have had a look through the AJAX dragpanelextender and also at webparts but those are to actually move the panel around, which isn't what I need.
