redirecting user to annother page using C# on server and then to another page using Javascript

Hi,
I am trying to redirect the user to another page programatically on the server with C#
 
the code I am currently using is..
 
Response.Redirect(HttpContext.Current.Request.MapPath("/Testimonial_Redirect.aspx"));
but it doesn't seem to be working.
What am I getting wrong?
then in the page that I am redirecting to I wish to write a timeout in javascript that then redirects the user on to further page. I know how to write the timeout in javascript but how do I redirect to annother page with javascript?
