Sending email with CDO

I have got an instructioncode from my hostingprovider that I will have to use something called CDO in order to send emails. The example code that I have got is the below code. I might understand the principles of the code but the problem is that I dont know where I will put this code.

If I put the code in the C# view, the compiler doesnt recognice "Set" etc.. I have added the reference CDO.dll and using MAPI;

I wonder if this code below is for VB. I think I need to convert it to C# but cant find any examples.
