I am creating the hyperlink from user input that will then be placed in a database for later use or viewing, but what I really need is wen the user clicks on the link for it to open a seperate tab or window to view that link. Again I am creating the hyperlink in code so I cant add something to a tool or anything it needs to be something i can do in code.
