I'm building a CMS. I have this SessionList.aspx that lists sessions for the website. The user can, among other things, choose to edit an existing item and create a new Item. Right now, I'm trying to get the new Item to work. So, when the user clicks 'New' the button event sets a property called 'Action' to CmsAction.New (enum CmsAction. 1 = New) . When the SessionEdit.aspx loads it gets the PreviousPage.Action value and stores on its own Action property. Finally, when the user press the 'Save' Button the event handler should test what action is the user on, but by then the property value is no longer there. I believe it has something to do with postback, but can't figure it out. Thank you.
