Cell image stuck at the top despite Style setting...???

  In the code below:

btn_switchview.png will not display in the middle of the cell. I call changehght onpageload. The PNG always displays on the top of the cell. Can anyone see why this is the case?? This cell is in a table and row which do not have parental styles defined, not does the body or the form so this cell isn't inheriting anything. 1 function changehght()
