asp:label - Including text and an Eval in the text property

Hi All,
I am calling some data from my SQL database into the text property of an asp:label (housed in a formview):
<asp:Label ID="myLabel" runat="server" Text='<%# Eval("myDataField") %>' />
 I would also like to add in some text each side of this Eval so when rendered myDataField would appear around it. I tried just typing in text before and after like this:
 <asp:Label ID="myLabel" runat="server" Text='Here is some default text with <%# Eval("myDataField") %> in the middle of it.' />
 But that doesn't seem to be working.
