We have a requirement in our project where for a particular logged in user we have to restrict the number of computers to 3. How can we do this?
Storing a cookie on the client computers and having a counter in the DB is not a good idea, as client can delete the cookie, and everytime the system would recognize it as a new computer. Is it possible to take the MAC address of the systems used by the client and store it our DB? and I am sure Security of the client machine doesn't allow to do so. Any possibilities to acheive this requirement?
